We built Frontierz to give people space to learn, practice and prepare for the situations they face at work. AI Fellows support that learning through conversation and feedback. People remain responsible for judgment and decisions, and we take our responsibility for the technology seriously.

AI is one of the most powerful tools ever created. But a tool is only as good as the principles behind it. These are ours.

01

AI is always identified as AI

Every interaction with an AI Fellow is clearly labeled as artificial intelligence. There is no ambiguity, no fine print, no attempt to blur the line between human and machine.

AI Fellows have names, voices, and personalities because good design makes technology approachable. But approachable is not the same as deceptive. Every session, every message, every interaction is visibly AI-powered. We make AI visible because we are proud of what it can do, and because honesty is the foundation of trust.

If AI is involved, you will know.

02

Human oversight is built in, not bolted on

AI Fellows operate under human supervision at every level. Admins define what an AI Fellow can and cannot do. They set its purpose, its boundaries, and its knowledge. They control which capabilities are enabled, from screen sharing to integrations, and can disable them at any time.

Admins can review what an AI Fellow said, how it was configured, its edit history, and which Knowledge Base was available. Recorded knowledge retrieval helps them review the source context. Generated sentences do not all carry deterministic source attribution.

The human is always the pilot. AI is the copilot. That is not a tagline. It is how the platform works.

03

Your data is yours

Frontierz runs as a SaaS platform with data separated by tenant. Each company's users, AI Fellows, conversations, and analytics are not accessible to other customers. Authorized Frontierz personnel work under access controls, and approved subprocessors process data under the data processing agreement.

For enterprise customers who need additional control, Frontierz supports bring-your-own Azure AI Foundry. AI inference can run within the customer's own Azure subscription. Platform hosting and stored learning records follow the agreed deployment arrangements.

Encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, configuration history, conversation review, and Connector execution logs support security and oversight.

04

AI should make humans more human

We believe the most responsible use of AI is the one that gives people back their most valuable resource: time and attention for the work that matters most.

A sales rep can rehearse a difficult negotiation. A new hire can ask questions about company processes before working through them with a colleague. A manager can practice a feedback conversation and reflect on a different approach. These are opportunities to prepare, with progress reviewed in context by people.

AI Fellows do not replace human connection. They create the conditions for it to be more meaningful. By handling repetition, practice, and preparation, they free people to focus on judgment, creativity, and relationships - the things that make us distinctly human.

05

Privacy is a right, not a feature

Frontierz is designed around the principle that users should always feel safe in their interactions with an AI Fellow.

Camera and screen sharing require an enabled capability and the user's action. Camera sharing uses snapshots on supported Your Fellow and Learning Path sessions. Users can stop sharing at any time. Live snapshots and screen frames are not retained after the session; information discussed or extracted from them can remain in transcripts and learning records.

We collect what is necessary to deliver the service and protect what we keep. We honor consent. We do not trade data. We build trust through design, not promises alone.

These five commitments describe how Frontierz works today and guide how we continue to build as AI evolves.

The human is the pilot. AI is the copilot.
Transparency is how we go further, together.
