2. Purpose and applicable documents
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Website. The Website describes Frontierz's AI-enabled workplace learning and assistance services and provides channels for inquiries, demonstrations and commercial contact.
The provision and use of Frontierz Studio, AI Fellows, Learning Paths and related services are governed by the applicable commercial agreement and the Terms and Conditions. Browsing the Website or submitting an inquiry does not create a paid subscription.
The Privacy Policy explains processing of personal data, and the Cookies Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies. Accessing the Website does not constitute consent to optional cookies, commercial communications or any processing requiring separate consent.
3. Lawful use
Visitors shall use the Website lawfully and shall not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, impersonate another person or use contact facilities to send unlawful or unsolicited material.
Information submitted through a contact form shall be accurate and limited to material the sender is entitled to provide. A request for information does not authorize the disclosure of another person's confidential information or unnecessary personal data.
Frontierz may restrict access to the extent necessary to address unlawful use, protect security or comply with a binding legal requirement. Any restriction shall be proportionate to its purpose.
4. Website content and service information
Frontierz shall exercise professional care in maintaining the Website and shall correct material errors brought to its attention. Product descriptions, examples and demonstrations describe the relevant service and configuration; the commercial agreement specifies the services purchased, their scope and their price.
Where prices are displayed, Frontierz shall identify the applicable taxes and other charges. Binding offers remain subject to their stated validity period and acceptance conditions. Mandatory pre-contractual information and representations that are legally binding remain enforceable.
5. Artificial intelligence and demonstrations
AI Fellows are automated systems. Frontierz shall identify an AI interaction clearly and accessibly at or before the first interaction. Simulated characters and generated voices are artificial. Their use does not mean that a human representative is taking part in the interaction or that any depicted person has endorsed it.
Demonstrations and public AI Fellows are subject to the Terms and Conditions and the information supplied at their entry point. Public demonstrations provide service evaluation and do not constitute professional legal, medical or financial advice. Visitors shall not submit personal data or confidential material beyond what is necessary and authorized for its stated purpose. AI-generated material shall be reviewed before it is used in a consequential decision.
Microphone, camera and screen permissions authorize the selected browser function; they do not constitute general consent to unrelated processing or marketing. Frontierz shall provide the applicable privacy information before collecting demonstration data.
Statements about learning outcomes, qualifications or regulatory preparation refer to the program described and its agreed scope. Completion of a Frontierz program does not itself constitute a professional license, an official academic qualification, a Microsoft certification or a regulatory approval.
6. Intellectual property
Frontierz and the relevant licensors retain the rights in the Website's software, design, text, illustrations, audiovisual material and branding. Visitors may access the Website, make the technical copies necessary for ordinary browsing, and download or use materials where that use is expressly enabled.
Other reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial exploitation requires the relevant rights holder's authorization, except where permitted by law. Nothing in this Legal Notice restricts quotation, accessibility, interoperability or another mandatory statutory exception. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Rights in Customer Content and generated outputs are governed by the Terms and Conditions; this Legal Notice does not transfer ownership of visitors' submissions.
Links to publicly accessible Website pages are permitted where they do not misrepresent the source, imply an unauthorized endorsement, bypass access restrictions or unlawfully reproduce protected material.
7. External websites
External links identify services or information provided by other operators. Those operators control their own websites, contractual conditions and processing activities. A link does not itself establish an agency, partnership or endorsement.
Frontierz remains responsible for its own conduct and for any duty imposed on it by law. Frontierz shall act on unlawful linked content as required by law. Reports of an unlawful or misleading link may be sent to hello@frontierz.com, identifying the relevant page, destination and grounds for the report.
8. Commercial communications
Frontierz shall send electronic marketing only where the recipient has requested or expressly authorized it, or where the statutory existing-customer exception applies. That exception requires lawfully obtained contact details arising from a prior contractual relationship with the recipient and communications about Frontierz's own products or services similar to those originally contracted.
A Customer's contract does not, by itself, authorize marketing to every employee, learner or public-session participant. Requesting a demonstration does not itself authorize unrelated marketing. Consent shall not be required for access to a service where that marketing is unnecessary for its provision.
Marketing communications shall identify Frontierz and provide a simple, free means of objection at collection and in each communication. Recipients may also object at hello@frontierz.com. Withdrawal or objection shall end the affected marketing without impairing the contracted service. Necessary operational communications shall remain limited to their service purpose.
9. Availability and responsibility
Frontierz shall take reasonable technical and organizational measures to maintain the Website and protect it against foreseeable threats. Maintenance, security events and external network failures can affect access. Frontierz shall address incidents within its responsibility with due care.
Each party is responsible for damage caused by its breach of applicable law or its obligations. This Legal Notice does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, unlawful personal-data processing, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Visitors are not required to waive statutory rights as a condition of browsing.
Contractual service levels and the liability arrangements for purchased services are governed by the applicable commercial agreement and Terms and Conditions.
10. Inquiries, complaints and rights
Inquiries, complaints, reports of unlawful content and security concerns may be sent to hello@frontierz.com or the registered office above. A report should identify the relevant page or interaction and describe the issue sufficiently for investigation. Frontierz shall review reports within its responsibility and communicate the outcome or the information needed to proceed.
This contact procedure does not restrict the right to approach a competent court, consumer authority, AI supervisory authority or data-protection authority. Personal-data complaints may be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or another competent supervisory authority.
11. Changes and applicable law
Frontierz may update this Legal Notice to reflect changes to the Website or applicable law. The current version and its revision date shall remain available on this page. Changes operate prospectively and do not amend an existing service agreement or remove accrued rights.
Spanish law governs this Legal Notice, subject to the mandatory protections and conflict-of-law rules applicable to the visitor. Disputes shall be heard by the courts of the city of Barcelona, Spain, except where mandatory rules confer jurisdiction elsewhere. No provision restricts a consumer's mandatory rights or an individual's data-protection remedies.
