1. Scope and operator
This policy covers frontierz.com, the public Frontierz demonstration identified below and video players opened from the website. The operator is Founderz AI, S.L., trading as Frontierz, Carrer Pau Vila 13-15, 2-4, 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain; tax identification number B06944375. Privacy inquiries may be sent to rgpd@founderz.com.
Cookies are small records stored by your browser and returned to the relevant service. Similar browser storage can serve related purposes. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing, legal bases, recipients and your rights.
2. Ordinary website browsing
The marketing website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, or store a tracking identifier in local storage. Opening the demo or partner inquiry form does not itself load the form processor; information is sent to Basin when you submit the form. No optional tracking consent is inferred from browsing, playing a locally hosted video or acknowledging the Privacy Policy.
3. Public demonstration cookies
Opening a public AI Fellow loads the separate application. The following cookies were verified on frontierz.frontierz.com on September 16, 2026. They support the requested session and protect requests against forgery. They are strictly necessary service and security cookies, not advertising cookies.

The table above describes the public demonstration, not every customer configuration. We do not start microphone, camera or screen sharing by loading the demonstration.
4. Videos and external services
Vimeo is contacted only when you choose to load a Vimeo video. The player uses Vimeo's Do Not Track setting to disable player analytics. Vimeo documents the following security cookies as possible with that setting; their use depends on the request and its security checks.

Do Not Track does not prevent your browser sending Vimeo cookies saved during an earlier visit. You can remove those cookies through your browser settings. 5. Your choices
You can browse the website without opening an external video or public Fellow. Browser privacy settings allow you to inspect, delete or block cookies for each site. Blocking a necessary application cookie can prevent the feature you requested from working; it does not require you to enable advertising cookies.
Cookies strictly necessary to transmit a communication or deliver a service you expressly request are exempt from prior cookie consent under Article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act. This exemption does not remove data-protection duties. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, Frontierz will provide information and the required consent controls before activating them, with an equally accessible means of withdrawal.
